Our success as an institution is underpinned by our top-quality research, analysis and policy engagement models implemented over the years. In 2019, ACET developed a Three-Year Human Resource Strategy Plan for the period 2019-2021 and initiated work on revising the Organizational Strategic Directions document.
A comprehensive communications strategy was also developed during the year. We believe these initiatives will consolidate our impact as one of Africa’s beacons in economic transformation while solidifying our sustainability as an organization.
Our focus this year has been to initiate preparations for the 2020 African Transformation Report, an updated African Transformation Index (ATI 2), and the African Transformation Forum 2020, in addition to other large, ongoing and upcoming projects.
