As a research analyst, Pearl Gyan-Amponsah produces evidence-based research and offers policy advice to stakeholders in Africa to tackle youth employment and skills challenges. Pearl also manages a team of consultants delivering technical assistance to policymakers in the development of comprehensive youth employability and skills policies.
Pearl is passionate about entrepreneurship, education, and youth employability, and strongly believes in incorporating youth voices in policymaking as a crucial aspect of Africa’s transformative agenda.
Pearl holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Essex, and a BA in Economics from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
