Paul Isenman

Paul Isenman has in-depth experience in development cooperation, having held key roles in some of the leading international development agencies. He has been a senior manager of policy and operations in the OECD’s DAC Secretariat, the World Bank, the UN Foundation and USAID. He was a lead author of the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness and of the World Bank’s first World Development Report on poverty (“Poverty and Human Development”). He has over fifteen years of experience as a senior advisor and consultant on global programs in human development, specializing in evaluation, finance, governance, effectiveness, allocations, and strategy.
