John Kojo Osei is a Communications Coordinator, Digital, at the African Center for Economic Transformation (ACET). He is a creative and results-driven professional responsible for crafting captivating digital media content that resonates with ACET’s diverse audience. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Kojo ensures the digital presence of ACET remains engaging, cohesive, and constantly evolving.
In his role, Kojo oversees the management of ACET’s digital platforms, maintaining a unified brand voice, implementing effective digital media strategies, and staying abreast of emerging digital trends. Kojo leads in building and nurturing a vibrant online community for ACET by leveraging innovative approaches to foster meaningful interactions, responding to comments, questions, and feedback promptly. His dedication to consistency ensures that ACET’s online presence remains cohesive and impactful.
Prior to joining ACET, Kojo served as a Faculty Assistant at the Business Administration department of Ashesi University, where he facilitated student tutorials in Financial Accounting and Economics, honing his ability to communicate complex concepts effectively. His dedication to financial inclusion led him to co-found a community-based financial cooperative aimed at empowering women and youth in rural Ghana. Beyond work, Kojo actively engaged with social and political movements, championing financial literacy, democracy, and women’s empowerment.
Kojo has an MSc in Development Finance from the University of Ghana, and a BSc in Business Administration from Ashesi University in Ghana.
