Bio
As our Finance Manager, Eric Owusu oversees our day-to-day financial management, planning, control, reporting, and budgeting and serves as a liaison person on finance to external parties. He reports on finance-related matters and offers advice to senior management and the Board finance committee.
Eric previously worked as a Finance Officer for IBIS, a Danish non-governmental organization, where he was in charge of financial management assessments and the provision of financial management training for NGOs, CBOs, Partner Institutions in Ghana and the West Africa region. As finance officer at the International Water Management Institute (IWMI), he oversaw the organization’s financial administration for Ghana and the West Africa Region.
He is a part-qualified ACCA student, holds a BBS in Accounting from the Institute of Professional Studies (IPS) in Accra, and MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana, a BA in Accounting from Wisconsin University College, and a Diploma in Accounting from Kumasi Technical University. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
