Ebenezer Adams

Ebenezer Adams is our IT coordinator. His area of expertise includes computer hardware and software troubleshooting, network administration (Wired & Wireless network), server administration (Windows & Linux), cloud solution management, systems security, and VOIP solutions (cloud telephony).

Eben is a Systems Engineer with more than five years of practical and affable experience in the information and communications technology sector. His experience includes work as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at DeLaphone Ghana Limited, as NOC Engineer at Comms Africa, and as a Network Engineer at WSLoop Limited. He also worked as a Systems Administrator at ASAP Contractors Ltd in Ghana and Liberia.

Eben has a BSc in Computer Science and Information Systems and a Diploma in Information Technology from Datalink Institute, both in Tema. His list of IT professional certification includes, Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA R&S), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), CompTIA N+, CompTIA A+, and Cybersecurity Fundamentals from Netcad (Cisco Networking Academy).
