Diana Love-Luck Dadzie

Monitoring & Evaluation Analyst

Bio

Diana Love-Luck Dadzie is our Monitoring & Evaluation Analyst. Her responsibilities include assisting with the development of M&E plans for projects, including indicator selection, target setting, reporting, and general database management of achievements against performance indicators. Diana is also working on the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs-DANIDA/ACET’s program on Analysis for Economic Transformation with a  development objective to contribute to Ghana’s and Africa’s economic transformation while improving human well-being.

In 2019, Diana joined a team of technical staff at ACET as the M&E officer on the World Bank Support to Regional Knowledge Capacity Program. This was a 3-year program with a development objective to strengthen ACET’s capacity in the delivery of policy to action, implementation of the Compact with Africa, and promoting private sector development in selected countries. Phase one of the program ended in 2021 and the second phase is currently ongoing. Since 2020, she has been the M&E Analyst for the MasterCard Foundation/ACET Youth Employment and Skills for Africa’s Transformation Program (2019-2023), providing regular project performance monitoring, reporting, and data management support to the project team. Before joining the organization, Diana worked with the Policy Planning Monitoring and Evaluation Department of the Ministry of Food & Agriculture and the SME division of the Ministry of Trade.

Diana has a certificate in Project Management Professional training from GIMPA, an MSc in Economics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrated Development Studies from the University of Development Studies, Wa, Ghana.
