Deputy Finance Manager
As Deputy Finance Manager, Daniel Adusei leads on systems and process improvement. Daniel’s duty is to analyze current processes as against expected results, identifying areas for change, redesign, and improvement. He is responsible for preparing donor financial reports as per agreed contracts, providing financial input for resource mobilization activities, and assisting in the preparation of annual financial reports and the coordination of statutory and donor-specific audits. In his previous role in ACET as Acting Deputy Finance Manager, he successfully coordinated the development of the institutional software “INSOFT”.
Prior to joining ACET, Daniel worked at 5A Financial service as a Finance Officer, where he lead the recovery of about 70% of default loans for the organization.
Daniel holds a master’s degree from the University of London, UK, and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK.
