Anna Rosengren

Anna Rosengren is our Senior Programs Manager. Her primary responsibilities are to ensure the alignment of ACET’s portfolio and programs to strategic objectives and to offer advisory services across various engagements.

Anna is an experienced development professional, who has worked in a wide range of countries across the European and African continents. She combines a strong research background with extensive experience in strategy development, organizational reforms, program management, and monitoring and evaluation. Her research has primarily focused on areas of economic transformation, private sector development, and agricultural development.

Anna received her Master’s degree in Political Science from Stockholm University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Development from Gothenburg University.
