Business Operations Lead
Amazing Grace (AG) Lois Danso is our Business Operations Lead. She supports and coordinates activities in the Strategic Operations Department comprising the Finance, Procurement, Program Management, and Administration and Legal teams, as well as the COO’s office. AG also manages all activities and processes related to the ACET Board, and engages in contract reviews and compliance related tasks. She was formerly Resource Mobilization & Operations Coordinator.
Prior to joining ACET, AG worked as the Human Resource Manager at LAS School, a private school in Accra operating an American curriculum of education. While at LAS, she instituted a substitute teacher database system, which helped bridge any gaps created by planned and unforeseen teacher absences throughout the school year, ensuring students were not adversely impacted.
AG has an honors Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a focus on Counselling and Human Development obtaining from Liberty University, US as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of London, UK.
She is passionate about social justice advocacy. AG co-authored an article titled #PEPPERDEMMINISTRIES: A Digital Afrocentric Approach to Feminism, published in the Harvard Kennedy School’s Women’s Policy Journal. In her free time, she blogs about grief, does book reviews on social media, and shares recipe videos on diabetic-friendly meals.
