Anyone who has concerns relating to ACET’s activities and programs or feels aggrieved can use the ACET Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) to register their complaints.
ACET GRM provides a system to address and resolve grievances or complaints from all persons/stakeholders affected by ACET’s programs and activities promptly, fairly, and in a manner that is, to the extent possible, acceptable to all parties.
